ABOUT ME
Graduated in Graphic Design, with a background studies in Sales Marketing and Human Resources Taking now a Master on Design Management. During my studies until today I have worked in many areas that encompass not only apart from this graphic design, marketing, coordinating projects such as creating advertising campaigns and promotion of development and maintenance of web pages, provide customer-focused their needs and finding effective solutions to specific problems and supervision of departments in various areas.Throughout my experience I have learned to work under different work environment, high pressure where it is important to maintain a good deal besides excellent handling of information with colleagues inside and outside the department, good deal with the customer is critical to providing excellent service in addition to projecting a professional image of the company, which always keep in mind is that each of the employees is the companys image both inside and outside the office, something that I learned to connect effectively and succeed in the work day. microsoft windows environment and Mac OS is handled by my high knowledge using programs like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft ToolsSpanish is my native language which allows me to seamlessly communicate with people who only speak that language, besides this I have knowledge of English writing and communication, this being one of the most used languages in the workplace, I speak Italian a level that allows me to obtain key information needed at the time.The knowledge acquired through work experience are important, but more importantly is to always be open to always learn to achieve the goals more easily avoiding mistakes in the process, be open to communication within and outside the office, and the contribution of new ideas, this provides new insights to achieve a good understanding of employee employer.In simple words Extrovert, sociable, flexible, quick learning, led the team and with great sense of responsibility.Experience has taught me to learn every day at work and thinking about different situations that I have before.The knowledge acquired in recent years have also developed in me a strong desire to collaborate and confront problems we can find in the way.
